:output dürfte vielen designern geläufig sein. die jährlich erscheinenden :output bücher mit einer auswahl der besten studentenarbeiten im bereich design und architektur weltweit sind immer wieder aufregend! eine neuigkeit hatte die institution heute zu verkünden: ab sofort gibt es open :output, eine online plattform für junge gestalter, auf der sie sich und ihre arbeiten präsentieren können. nicht unbedingt der allerbeste ersatz für eine eigene website, aber ganz nett anzuschauen. und es gibt schon einige feine beiträge zum durchstöbern und staunen.
dear claudia, this sounds like a very good idea. especially for freelancers that work mostly alone it would be a great possiblity to achieve something new… what is the name of that platform for musicians?..
you know what I would be really looking forward to? a platform for artists and designers that want to collaborate in projects for free. that want to found groups and magazines but only for the purpose of reaching other people with their work and producing and expressing themselves. i know there is something like that already for musician, but haven’t heard of a parallel for design..
what a great idea. i love that it’s filed under very specific categories and it’s also good they are focusing only on students since they are the ones needing to get the feedback, the contacts, and the promotion in general.
